Meet Charlie
Charlie Forcucci is a graduate from the University of Florida with double majors in Finance & Marketing. After graduation he became an Investment Specialist obtaining Series 7 Securities Licensure. Growing up in a real estate family, Charlie was instrumental in creating one of the most successful real estate teams in South Florida.
With over 23+ years of experience, Charlie Forcucci has represented Buyers and Sellers from across the spectrum. Waterfront condos to multi-million dollar land parcels, he is well qualified in residential and commercial real estate. He is tenacious, pays meticulous attention to detail, and is level-headed when it comes to negotiations and challenging situations.
Charlie Forcucci has been a consistent top producing realtor and multiple award winner with Douglas Elliman; including multiple "Platinum Awards" and has consistently been the "Top 1% of Realtors in the Nation," honored by RealTrends. In addition to his lengthy portfolio of multi-million dollar luxury sales, Charlie also has an in-depth experience in new development projects. Charlie is well versed in pre-construction sales, and the entire process from "breaking ground" to project completion.
In just one visit to Jupiter, he fell in love and chose to live, work, and play in all that the town has to offer. With the ocean, intracoastal waterway, beaches, restaurants, art and culture, Charlie realized that Jupiter and the surrounding area is truly a magnificent place to live!
Meet Kai
A graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a member of the United States Naval Reserve, Kai Vitella brings a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and real-world problem-solving to his real estate career with Douglas Elliman.
A former collegiate athlete in both baseball and basketball, Kai developed a competitive mindset and strong work ethic that continue to guide him professionally. He approaches every opportunity with the same preparation, commitment, and attention to detail that defined his athletic and maritime careers.
Outside of work, you'll most likely find him on or near the water. As an avid surfer, spearfisherman, and freediver, developed a deep connection with the ocean and has a true appreciation for the lifestyle that draws so many people to South Florida. When he's not in the ocean, he enjoys running, cycling, and spending time outdoors.
Known for his easygoing personality and genuine approach, Kai Vitella believes real estate is ultimately a relationship business. His goal is to build lasting connections, earn his clients' trust, and provide the knowledge and guidance they need to move forward with confidence.
